Degraded availability to data lake and scheduled tasks

We're currently investigating an issue stemming from one of our upstream infrastructure providers that is affecting access to our data lake and scheduled task processing. As a result, data and analytics queries may be slow or temporarily unavailable, and scheduled tasks — including automated reports and recurring jobs — may be delayed or paused.
